Anyhow - not to worry! Your deal code can be accessed by logging in to your Fırsat Kıbrıs account. Once logged in,The My Orders tab holds all the deal codes you ever purchased with Fırsat Kıbrıs. From there onwards, click the link for the relevant coupon, print and go!
What is the cancellation policy?
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Within the limits of reason, we’ll do what it takes to make you happy but unless there is something wrong with the purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds after one week from the purchase date. We do operate a 7-day cancellation period, so if you are unhappy with your purchase, have changed your mind or have purchased too many vouchers/more vouchers than needed please e-mail us info@firsatkibris.com or give us a call on 229 04 33 or 0533 880 06 00 within 7 working days from the date of purchase from the email account registered with us relaying your feedback on the deal and the codes you wish us to cancel. On doing so, a refund will be processed for you and an email confirmation sent when your request has been actioned.

Your credit is valid for a whole six months. Keep this in mind!
How can I spend my credit?
You can use your credit on any deal with us, and you redeem it on the payment page. If your credit is worth more than the cost of the deal because you have been recommending lots of friends, then whatever is left over can be redeemed on your next deal.
